SF-3M Virgin Grade Carbide – Silver Brazed Preform for Custom Grinding
The SF-3M is a semi-finished burr preform made from virgin grade tungsten carbide. Virgin carbide means it is produced from new, unrecycled raw materials, offering consistent quality and reliable performance for precision grinding applications. The carbide tip is securely joined to the steel shank using silver brazing, providing a strong and durable bond that withstands the stresses of custom tooth grinding and final use.

This preform comes pre-shaped to the SF series profile, saving you time in the initial forming process while giving you full control over the final cut geometry and coating.
