SA-3M Virgin YG8 Grade Carbide Blank – Ready for Custom Tooth Grinding
The SA-3M is a semi-finished carbide blank made from virgin YG8 grade tungsten carbide. YG8 is a well-established grade containing 8% cobalt, providing a dependable balance of toughness and wear resistance for precision rotary burr applications. Virgin material ensures the blank is manufactured from new, unrecycled raw materials, delivering consistent quality and reliable performance during custom grinding and final use.

This blank comes pre-shaped to the SA series profile, saving you time in the initial forming stage while giving you full control over the final cut geometry, tooth pattern, and coating. The standard 6mm shank is ready for final processing.
