The SH-2M is a semi-finished burr blank made from virgin tungsten carbide with silver soldered construction. Virgin material means it is produced from new, unrecycled raw materials, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance during custom grinding and final use. The carbide tip is securely joined to the steel shank using silver soldering, providing a strong and durable bond that withstands the stresses of tooth grinding and everyday operation.

This blank comes pre-shaped to the SH series cylindrical profile, saving you time in the initial forming process while giving you full control over the final cut geometry, tooth pattern, and coating.
