The SG-6M DC is a double cut (cross cut) rotary burr, designed for contouring, deburring, and material removal in narrow grooves, deep cavities, and complex internal profiles. The double cut tooth pattern features two opposing flutes that produce a fine surface finish while minimizing vibration and chatter, making it ideal for mold finishing, edge deburring, and precision work on carbon steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals. The pointed tree geometry allows operators to reach confined areas with excellent control and cutting performance. 

Manufactured from virgin carbide raw materials and silver brazed using fully automatic equipment, this burr ensures reliable head retention, consistent performance, and long tool life. Suitable for shipyards, mold shops, general fabrication, and repair work.
