The SE-3M Diamond Cut Burr is designed for the efficient machining of stainless steel and high-alloy steels. Its unique diamond-interlocking tooth structure creates microscopic cross-hatched chip-breaking points during cutting. This effectively counters the stickiness and toughness of high-alloy materials, fundamentally preventing long chip tangling, built-up edge formation, and the resulting work hardening.
