The SJ-5M carbide rotary burr features a 90° countersink shape with a double‑cut design and an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating, developed specifically for countersink chamfering, hole‑edge finishing, and tapered hole enlargement. The coating enhances surface hardness and heat resistance, reducing wear during continuous use and extending tool life.
